HCCG subscribes to YPA IRIS ONLINE™, developed by the Yellow Pages Association™. YPA IRIS ONLINE™ provides online access for retrieving publisher rates, data and other critical information or creating key reports. It offers extensive and advanced search capabilities, as well as directory coverage maps, giving HCCG and our clients useful directory information in a snap!
Through Directory Share Ratings we have access to third party research that gives us insight to the consumer usage of the directories in each market. The number of published directories have increased by 30% since 2000, as a result some Providers need to expand their directory coverage to reach the same potential/existing patients. Directory Share Ratings helps HCCG determine which directories our clients should utilize to generate an acceptable return on their investment.
We also subscribe to all publishers who have their directories online – this provides us with easy access that is both cost effective and time efficient as well as environmentally friendly!
